Thomas Franklin, M.D., President and CEO

Dr. Franklin is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. He is a member of the Group for the Advancement of Psychiatry and the American College of Psychiatrists. He has written about his own struggles with depression and is an advocate for easier access to high quality comprehensive mental health care for everyone.
Marina Nikhinson, M.D., Executive Vice President and COO

Dr. Nikhinson is a board certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist with advanced training in treatment of mood, anxiety and personality disorders. Her long standing interests in attachment theory and importance of early life help patients understand their past and present struggles in order to create meaningful narratives and a life worth living.
